New York’s lower-cost, premium fertility treatment option

Recognizing the high cost of living in the New York City metropolitan area, Shady Grove Fertility New York’s new IVF Advantage program will allow more tristate area fertility patients to access in-vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment needed to grow their families.
For patients without insurance coverage for fertility treatment, IVF Advantage can be applied to any out-of-pocket expenses included in the program. For patients who have some insurance coverage for fertility care, but have exhausted those benefits, IVF Advantage can then be applied to help with additional out-of-pocket costs incurred.
IVF Advantage allows individuals and families earning up to $150,000 the ability to access a significant discount on treatment.
IVF Advantage provides either a 15% or 30% discount on select single-cycle fertility treatments performed at SGF New York, based on combined gross annual income for the patient and partner, if applicable, and requires pre-approval (some exclusions may apply).
Eligible patients must have proof of residency in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut within 60 miles of an SGF New York location.
