At this time, SGF Orlando is not in network with any insurance, but does accept fertility benefits. All appointments will require self-pay for the visits and treatments.
The SGF care team is actively working with insurance companies and hope to allow for insurance coverage for applicable insurance plans in the upcoming year. SGF is proud to make fertility care accessible by offering the Shared Risk 100% Refund program for self-pay patients. Your dedicated financial counselor will discuss all pricing and financial programs with you after you meet with your physician.
