Dr. Simon Kipersztok has retired from his medical practice.
Simon Kipersztok, M.D., was born in Lima, Peru, and raised in Israel. He graduated from Brandeis University in 1979 and from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1983. He trained in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Michigan Medical Center until 1987. After practicing general obstetrics and gynecology for 3 years in rural New Hampshire, he completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the George Washington University Medical Center and the National Institutes of Health in 1992.
Dr. Kipersztok joined Shady Grove Fertility in 2006, having spent 15 years at the University of Florida in Gainesville, eventually rising to the rank of tenured professor of obstetrics and gynecology. He is board re-certified in obstetrics and gynecology, as well as reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Kipersztok is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Since 2002 he has been elected every year to Best Doctors® by his peers. He is fluent in Spanish and Hebrew.
