New physician: Nicole M. Marchetto, M.D., MPH

Nicole M. Marchetto, M.D., MPH, sees patients at SGF’s Lancaster, PA, office, and is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) as well as board eligible in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). Dr. Marchetto earned her medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During this time, she also earned her Master of Public Health. From there, she completed her residency training in OB/GYN at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s – Mount Sinai West in New York, New York. Dr. Marchetto then continued her training at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School to complete her fellowship in REI.

Caleb Kallen, M.D., Ph.D., who sees patients at SGF’s Philadelphia and Chesterbrook, Pennsylvania offices, has been named among Philadelphia magazine’s 2022 Top Doctors for Reproductive Endocrinology/Infertility.

New office in greater Pittsburgh area

SGF proudly expands to Wexford, offering patients living throughout the Pittsburgh metro area and Western Pennsylvania access to the most advanced fertility care. Our office is conveniently located off Perry Highway and near I-79. With established SGF physicians, Dr. Jason Bromer and Dr. Kara Nguyen, on board along with the Pittsburgh medical team, patients experience a warm and collaborative approach to fertility treatment and care.

New physician: Anne Hutchinson, M.D.

Anne Hutchinson, M.D., earned her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. It was during this time that her interest in women’s health and reproduction peaked. Dr. Hutchinson is passionate about reproductive endocrinology not only for its cutting-edge science but also for the opportunity to form meaningful, lasting relationships with patients.

Dr. Hutchinson has brought her career as a medical professional full circle by returning to Philadelphia as a Shady Grove Fertility physician at the Center City office.

We understand the financial considerations that go into the decision to begin — or continue — fertility treatment. As part of our efforts to make treatment more affordable, we participate with a wide network insurance providers. Prior to starting treatment, patients undergo complete diagnostic testing and will talk with one of our fertility specialists to establish a plan forward. Female fertility testing includes ultrasounds, hysterosalpingograms (HSGs), ovarian reserve testing and bloodwork to check hormone levels.

Male infertility testing includes a semen analysis. If the results are abnormal, you may undergo additional testing or be referred to a reproductive urologist for a comprehensive evaluation to determine the cause.
